Founder & Managing Partner

Chartered Valuation Surveyor with 35+ years in private equity real estate across Asia. Founded AsiaEquity Partners, completing over USD 1.4 billion in private syndications and launching notable Shariah-compliant investment platforms. At A3, Yusof leads transaction origination, structuring and client relationships, with particular focus on complex off-market real estate platforms and data centre infrastructure.

Founder & Executive Partner

30 years in banking and finance across Southeast Asia and Greater China. Former Country Head of Maybank Hong Kong, President & CEO of Maybank Philippines, and Head of Global Banking at Maybank Singapore. At A3, Amos co-leads capital markets advisory, institutional investor relationships and business development. Amos is an independent director on 3 SGX Mainboard listed companies.

May Tan

Founder & Finance Partner

30+ years in accounting and financial management with specialization in fund structuring, administration and tax. Certified Public Accountant (Australia). At A3, May oversees fund and entity structuring, governance administration and financial operations. She ensures institutional-grade reporting and compliance across all A3-advised vehicles.
